Opportunity:Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Behavioral Health
Job Details:- Provide behavioral health services in the Emergency Department for patients presenting with acute psychiatric illnesses, acute agitation, and antipsychotic medication adjustments
- Practice in collaboration with psychiatrists and emergency physicians in an acute care setting
- Twelve-hour clinical shifts scheduled as 11a-11p or 12p-12a
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina PA or PMHNP license and DEA license
- Master's or doctoral degree in PA or PMHNP from an appropriately accredited institution required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
