Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time; NNPs provide 20 hours/day of shift coverage, collaborating with neonatologists who provide in-house daytime coverage and home call at night
- Job Setting: Level III NICU (16-bed) at CaroMont Regional Medical Center; also coverage in newborn nursery
- Types of Cases: Neonatal care in a Level III NICU; approximately 320 admissions and 1,900 births annually; average daily census of 10

Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: APRN National Specialty Certification - Board Certified NNP required (FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications not accepted)
- Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start); Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing required
- Licensure: North Carolina APRN license (or willing to obtain); Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) required at presentation
- Experience: 2+ years of current experience as NNP (not including RN experience)
