Identify and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial facilities. Build relationships with Maintenance, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations departments. Promote industrial MRO parts, custom machining, and engineered solutions. Understand customer needs and recommend cost-effective products and services. Partner with internal technical and engineering teams to develop solutions for customers. Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through closing and ongoing account management. Consistently achieve sales objectives and demonstrate territory revenue growth. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and follow-up communications. Qualifications Candidates with strong sales abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, even without extensive industrial sales experience. Previous outside sales experience preferred, ideally within industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, automation, or technical products. Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business. Proven sales achievements, revenue growth, or territory expansion. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable engaging with manufacturing leadership, engineers, maintenance teams, and purchasing professionals. Mechanical or electrical systems knowledge is a plus, but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology. Self-motivated, confident, personable, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
