Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive, company-wide safety initiatives, policies, and training programs tailored to landscape operations. Conduct regular jobsite inspections and safety audits to identify risks and ensure high standards of field performance. Lead all incident investigations, performing deep-dive root-cause analysis and establishing effective corrective action plans. Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to address site-specific safety concerns and operational hazards. Analyze safety data and metrics to report progress to executive leadership and hold department heads accountable for safety results. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience, specifically within landscape maintenance, commercial construction, or a related field. Expert-level knowledge of OSHA construction standards and federal/state safety regulations. Proven track record of leading safety programs across multiple active jobsites and diverse field operations.
