Required Skills and Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO). Completion of an accredited pediatric residency. Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics. Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and healthcare professionals. Major Responsibilities Provide routine and preventive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents. Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and medical conditions. Conduct physical examinations, developmental assessments, and wellness visits. Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care. Monitor growth and development and guide parents on child health. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Educate families on nutrition, safety, and disease prevention.
