We re looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is confident discussing treatment plans, navigating dental insurance, and helping patients move forward with the care they need.

Wednesday & Thursday Oceanside

- Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No Fridays!
What You ll Do
- Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up
- Present and explain dental treatment plans in a clear, compassionate manner
- Help patients understand recommended treatment, costs, and next steps
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment
- Coordinate closely with the dentist and office manager
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information
- Support day-to-day dental front office operations
- Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every patient
What We re Looking For
- 2+ years of dental front office experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing fees with patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with patient follow-up and treatment coordination
- Warm, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
