Urology Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a locum opportunity in Jersey City, New Jersey, beginning as soon as credentialed. This is an on-call-only assignment at a Level II Trauma Center with no scheduled clinic responsibilities.

Assignment Details

• Work week: Sunday Saturday
• No scheduled clinic listed

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based Urology
• Level II Trauma Center
• Epic EMR
• No telehealth

Coverage Model

• Urologist works independently while covering the service
• No additional support staff listed
• No APP coverage
• Locum physician is not responsible for supervising APPs

Requirements

• Urologist MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Comfortable providing independent hospital-based Urology call coverage
• Additional licensure/certification requirements were not provided

Contract Details

• Daily overtime after 24 hours
• Weekly overtime after 168 hours

Interview Process

• Physician candidates will interview with members of the Urology leadership team

Ideal Candidate

A Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist interested in focused on-call-only locum coverage who is comfortable working independently in a Level II Trauma Center and utilizing Epic EMR.
