Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a temporary outpatient primary care assignment in Chehalis, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for a physician interested in providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a supportive outpatient setting.

• Location: Chehalis, Washington
• Start Date: Mid-November 2026
• Assignment Length: 90 days
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week
• Shift Hours: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• Patient Population: Adults ages 18+
• Patient Volume: patients per day
• EMR: NextGen (experience preferred)

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care and wellness examinations.
• Manage medications and treatment plans.
• Conduct routine follow-up visits.
• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients.

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, as applicable.
• Active Washington state medical license required.
• Experience with NextGen EMR preferred.
