Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner/RNFA General Surgery & Oncology Austin, TX
Ready to leave clinic behind and work in the OR full time? An Austin surgical group is hiring an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA to first assist on robotic and laparoscopic oncology and general surgery cases. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no call, no weekends, and no clinic responsibilities. The position includes a guaranteed salary, a full benefits package, and a clear path into leadership.
Your Weekly Schedule- Monday through Friday, averaging about 30 hours per week
- No call, weekends, clinic, orders, or rounding
- Lighter days typically finish by noon
- Cases to be performed at a hospital or surgery center based on your experience and where you live. Some travel required.
Pay and Benefits
- Guaranteed annual salary of $135,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
- Productivity bonus of up to $8,000 per year
- Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus totaling up to $15,000

- Leadership track: PAs and NPs can move into management, with pay that grows alongside responsibility
