Assembly Associate
Location: San Jose/Sunnyvale, CA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Full-Time
Pay: $23.00-$24.00/hr + Shift Differentials
Work Location: In Person
Pay & Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - $23.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM - $23.00/hr + 10% shift differential
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM - $24.00/hr + 15% shift differential
About the Role
Human Bees is hiring Assembly Associates in San Jose/Sunnyvale, CA for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing company.
You'll work in a fast-paced production environment supporting assembly, material handling operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform basic assembly and production tasks
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Receive shipments and verify inventory
- Use RF scanners and pallet jacks as needed
- Maintain organized inventory and staging areas
- Inspect materials and products for damage or defects
- Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support daily production and warehouse goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- English proficiency required
- Mandarin is a plus
- RF scanner/inventory experience is a plus
