Pittsburgh area corporation in need of an Accounts Receivable Associate.
Responsibilities to include:
- Accounts receivable process and controls
- Customer invoicing, collections and supporting other areas
- Perform various account reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Collaborating with project controlling and the project execution teams in recording A/R invoicing and related analysis.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing support mainly for accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with other areas in recording and analyzing financial reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related A/R experience; collections experience preferred
- Proficient accounting/ERP software skills; experience working with SAP a plus
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a faster paced enviro
- Team player willing to provide assistance to others as needed
