This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the effectiveness of clinical care and services, and daily program processes. It identifies opportunities for improvement based on evidence-based practices, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements, and monitoring of high risk, or problem prone processes. This position requires negotiating timelines and priorities for projects and monitoring of results.
Essential Functions
Annually prepares and reviews the Program's processes. Audits program client and employee files monthly, and makes recommendations as needed to ensure the improvement efforts are effective and coordinated.
Communicate effectively to facilitate positive working relationships to achieve the best practices and clinical performance outcomes.
Maintain and update client/employee forms and files to facilitate new joint commission accreditation rules and regulations.
Show an ability to work independently within a small office with available support.
Gather, analyze, and utilize, any information related to client and employee safety. Identify trends, or deficiencies, and help to oversee that the current training program incorporates the changes as needed.
Identify, design, and implement new processes of outcomes measures, to achieve performance targets for clients.
Prepare and oversee monthly Performance Improvement reports and meetings.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to support this position.
Experience: Minimum - Two (2) years of progressively responsible and related work experience.

PRN is now expanding to work with local Colorado families to provide needed services on a daily basis by adding a Day Treatment Program. Together, we serve as a dedicated team of licensed counselors, teachers, paraprofessional and support staff.
