About the Role: Sonesta ES in Brentwood, TN is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Houseperson to join our hospitality team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. Responsibilities: - Support the housekeeping team by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and service areas
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public areas throughout the property
- Remove trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts and floors
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or room items
- Assist room attendants with stripping and making beds as needed
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure efficient operations
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department
Requirements: - Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs throughout an entire shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
