Job Title: Machine Operators
Location: Casper, WY
Pay: $18/HR
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-5PM Friday 6:30AM-3PM Rotating Saturdays Required - Overtime Required Adecco is assisting a local client in the search for Machine Operators for a full-time, day-shift position. This role supports manufacturing operations through hands-on production work, equipment operation, quality inspection, and packaging of finished goods. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Perform surface preparation and finishing processes using automated machinery
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks to verify specifications
- Package, label, and stage finished products according to work orders
- Track production output and materials using logs and computer-based systems
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse and production areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operators preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
Work Environment:
- Indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing and production setting
- Required use of personal protective equipment
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
