Machine Operator - Blueprint Training Provided

JOB TITLE:
Machine Operator

JOB DUTIES:
• Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy
Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions
Fill machine hopper with lagging raw material
• Report discrepancies in job route times as soon as they are identified
• Consistently clock in and out of jobs correctly
• Read and understand blueprints (will provide training)
• Fill out scrap reports
• Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
• Always keep work area safe, neat and clean
• Must have good attendance
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to use and read tape measure and other measuring equipment
• Computer knowledge
Walk and stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted

COMPENSATION BASIS:
$20-$25 Hourly (+$5/hr for 2nd Shift)
