The Position at a Glance
- Build from the ground up: Oversee and develop Cardiac Anesthesia services at a thriving community hospital
- Academic appointment: All ranks available (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor), based on experience
- Work-life balance: Monday-Thursday schedule with half days on Fridays
- Education and mentorship: Train and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
Compensation & Incentives
- Starting at the 75th percentile of MGMA benchmarks, increasing with experience
- Sign-on bonus of up to $100,000
- Student loan repayment of up to $150,000
Who Should Apply
- MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an Anesthesiology residency and a Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship
- Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure
