Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Tucson, AZ

You will join a value-based care model focused on caring for Hispanic seniors, with most visits conducted in Spanish. What We Offer You
- Predictable outpatient schedule: Clinic runs Monday through Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p.
- Reasonable patient volume and visit lengths: Average 7 to 16 patients per day, with 60-minute new visits and 30-minute established visits.
- Shared, supported call: Call is 1:6 across Tucson providers with nurse triage.
- Built-in clinical support: You will have 1 MA and 1 scribe, plus an RN who helps manage high-risk and hospitalized patients.
- Compensation and benefits: Very Competitive base salary plus quality bonus; malpractice with tail, medical benefits, and 401(k) with match.
Candidate Requirements
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- All experience levels will be considered.
- Spanish-speaking is preferred, as approximately 90% of visits are conducted in Spanish.
