Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity:
Full-time and Part-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are looking for Physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. We are seeking Geriatricians or IM/FM trained Physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in Santa Clara, CA.
Full-time annual salary range is $330,000 to $340,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $445,900 . Reduced schedules (part-time) with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
