Assembly 1st Shift!!

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with hands-on production tasks in a manufacturing facility. This position involves assembling radiator and heat exchanger cores, as well as complete units. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on plant production and general labor tasks.
• Assemble radiator and heat exchanger cores and complete units.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
