Shift Details Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Friday 7:30AM - 12:00PM
Call Details Call Type: 2nd Call/Backup (APP takes first call)
Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
Call Ratio: Takes call 1 weekend per month (Starting Friday - Ending Monday Morning)
Call Back %: 10%
Average Call # per 24 Hour: 2 Phone Consults
Requirements Board Certified in Hem/Oncology
Licensed in Idaho or IMLC
Fellowship required
Active BLS
Assignment Details Practice setting: Outpatient
Case Type: Oncology and Hematology patients
Patient schedule M-TH: 7:30/8:00 AM start, last patient at 4:00 PM (12-18 patients per day)
Patient schedule Friday: 7:30/8:00 AM start, last patient at 11:00 AM (6-10 patients per day)
Appointments consist of consult, follow up, telehealth, etc.
12 infusion chairs
Trauma Level: 2
PEDs Level: 3
Support Staff: 3 APPs, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 1 Radiation Oncology APP, 2 Office Staff, 1 RN (rooming, assessing, orders, appointments), 1 dedicated RN Navigator, finance department, front desk secretaries, oncology certified pharmacist, licensed social worker, oncology certified dietitian
