- Sports Medicine: Develop a Sports Medicine focus within your practice.
- OR Access: Dedicated blocked operating room time.
- Call Structure: Shared call with no trauma responsibilities.
- Schedule: 4.5 day workweek.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Salary: $808,000 starting salary.
- Sign On Bonus: $125,000.
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000.
- Paid Time Off: 8 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays.

- Malpractice: Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
- CME: $5,000 CME allowance.
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Sports Medicine interest or experience welcomed
