Responsibilities - Provide clinical leadership and mentor physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
- Oversee integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental, and MAT services.
- Drive quality improvement and support patient-centered care initiatives.
Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Five or more years of experience preferred.
- Passion for community health and underserved populations.
- Leadership experience and familiarity with integrated care or addiction medicine are a plus.
