Plumber - Residential & Commercial
Cinnaminson, NJ $30-$48 per Hour
Full-Time, Permanent Position
We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Plumber for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and delivers professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, waste, and vent piping.
- Install, repair, and replace faucets, sinks, toilets, valves, fixtures, and related plumbing components.
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, water pressure problems, and other plumbing issues.
- Service and replace water heaters and associated piping.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspect plumbing systems to identify needed repairs.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and complete work.
- Explain service findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers.
- Complete accurate service records and document materials used and work performed.
- Coordinate with dispatch, management, and other trades to complete assignments.
- Maintain tools and a clean work area while following safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on residential and commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Experience working with copper, PEX, PVC, and cast-iron piping.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable attendance.
- Relevant trade school training, apprenticeship experience, or plumbing credentials preferred.
Compensation & Employment
- $30-$48 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Location: Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
