NOW HIRING - QUALITY INSPECTORS
$16.00-$17.00/HR 12-HOUR SHIFTS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!
Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), part of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is currently hiring Quality Inspectors / Floaters for our clients in Greenville, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont, SC! We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
This is NOT a sit-down position! Candidates must be comfortable with constant movement, heavy lifting, standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout their shifts.

Position: Quality Inspector / Floater

AVAILABLE SHIFTS & PAY
- A Shift - $16.00/hr: 6:45 AM-6:45 PM
- B Shift - $17.00/hr: 6:45 PM-6:45 AM
Weekday schedules available. Flexibility may be required based on production demands.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform visual quality inspections of manufactured parts and components.
- Identify, sort, and separate defective or nonconforming materials.
- Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
- Lift and move heavy materials as required.
- Rotate between work areas and assignments based on production needs.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and follow established quality standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and client requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be comfortable with:
- Standing and walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
- Repetitive heavy lifting and moving materials.
- Performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Working in an active industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Moving between workstations and performing various duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous manufacturing, production, or quality inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production expectations.
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
- Willingness to work in different areas of the facility as needed.
