Job Details We're partnering with an established manufacturer in Northeast Wisconsin looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead day-to-day fabrication operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands metal fabrication, knows how to lead and develop people, and can keep production moving while maintaining strong safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. What You'll Do Lead daily fabrication operations and keep production and shipping plans on track. Plan and prioritize workloads, manpower, equipment utilization, and workflow. Lead and develop fabrication employees through training, coaching, and hands-on technical support. Provide technical guidance around laser cutting, CNC equipment, press brakes, welding, tooling, and fixtures. Troubleshoot production issues and implement recovery plans when schedules fall behind. Ensure teams accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and tolerances for fabricated metal assemblies. Drive continuous improvement focused on efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost. Support department budgets, capital improvements, and vendor/contractor coordination. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient fabrication environment. What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive experience in equipment manufacturing, fabrication, or a similar production/shop environment. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment. Hands-on experience with laser cutting, CNC equipment, press brakes, welding, tooling, and fixtures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and hold production employees accountable. Experience planning production, setting priorities, and optimizing labor and equipment. Understanding of safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
