General Dentist needed

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active NY dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• New graduates and experienced dentists welcome.

Compensation

• Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first 6 months.
• After 6 months:
  • 30% of monthly collections up to $50,000.
  • 35% of monthly collections exceeding $50,000.
