Consults, follow up visits. Scheduling and prep for endoscopy.

Submission Requirements: - Resume/CV (No Gaps for more than 30 days).
- NPDB pulled within 30 days. At the time of presentation - REQUIRED.
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active OH License REQUIRED
- BLS Certified REQUIRED
- 2 years experience min - Preferred
