PA-C or NP/RNFA General Surgery & Oncology Fort Worth, TX
Spend your days in the OR, with your evenings and weekends back. No clinic, call, orders, or rounding. This Fort Worth surgical assist group is looking for an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA to first assist general surgeons and surgical oncologists in robotic and laparoscopic cases. It s a full-time position with guaranteed salary and benefits, averaging 30-35 hours per week, with a clear path into management.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 30-35 hours per week
- No call and no weekends
- Predictable schedule with lighter days during the week, when you ll wrap up by noon
- Home base facility determined by skill set
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed salary of $135,000-$150,000 per year based on experience, plus up to $8,000 per year in productivity bonuses
- Relocation stipend and sign-on bonus up to $15,000
