PA-C or NP/RNFA Oncology & General Surgery San Antonio, TX
Operating room only, weekdays only. No clinic, no call, no orders, no rounding. A San Antonio surgical assist group is hiring an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA for its first assist team on robotic and laparoscopic oncology and general surgery cases. This is a full-time role with guaranteed pay and full benefits, about 30-35 hours a week, and a real path into leadership.
Your Week
- Monday to Friday, about 30-35 hours
- No call and no weekends
- A steady weekday rhythm, with a few lighter days a week that finish by noon
- Home base facility chosen to match your skill set
Pay and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $135,000-$150,000 per year depending on experience, plus a productivity bonus of up to $8,000 per year
- Relocation stipend and sign-on bonus of up to $15,000
- PTO, 401(k) with company match, CME stipend, and health coverage
- Malpractice and tail coverage paid by the company
- Leadership track: PAs and NPs here move into management roles, with pay that grows alongside responsibility
