We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner(FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive, high-qualityprimary care to patients of all ages in Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidatehas a background in primary care or family medicine and is committed todelivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients across the lifespan.
- Perform health assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness counseling, and patient education.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Background in primary care or family medicine.
- Current, valid, unrestricted Colorado license as an NP or PA, as applicable.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 + Bonuses
