Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for December 28, 29, 30, & 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Beachwood, OH. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 9:00am-6:00pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:30-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. OH DEA is required.
