UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Morganton, North Carolina.

With a 7 day schedule, dedicated APP support, and an established 22-bed inpatient psychiatric unit , this opportunity offers the professional fulfillment of caring for patients when they need you most, paired with a schedule that creates meaningful time away from work.

• 7 days schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 22-bed inpatient psychiatric unit with an average census of approximately 18 patients
• APP support to help provide high-quality, team-based care

What We re Looking For

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Two to five years of experience preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare
