We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support quality operations in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with inspection experience, as well as motivated individuals with manufacturing, technical school, or hands-on mechanical experience who are looking to grow their careers in quality.

• Inspect manufactured parts and components to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and specifications
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns
• Ensure products meet customer requirements and aerospace quality standards
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality policies
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality expectations

• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, rulers, or tape measures
• Previous quality inspection experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing, assembly, machining, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Trade school graduates and mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn inspection processes and quality standards

This is a Contract position based out of Plainview, NY.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
