General Production Worker

Pay: $22.00/hour

Location: Inwood, WV

We are hiring reliable Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role supporting production operations, material flow, and equipment operation while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• A Crew 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• B Crew 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• C Crew 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• D Crew 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM

2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Every Other Weekend Off)

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Keep materials stocked and production running efficiently
• Identify and report equipment or process issues
• Follow all quality and safety procedures
• Work with supervisors and maintenance to resolve problems

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, lift, and work around machinery safely
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-focused workplace

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inwood, WV.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
