  • Neurosurgery physician opening 45 minutes from Chicago
  • ONLY 45 Minute Commute from Downtown Chicago
  • NorthwestIndiana Work-Life balance role
  • Part of four hospital health care system in Northwest Indiana
  • Full-time permanent role
  • Monday through Friday with flexible work schedule
  • Nurse Practitioner support both inpatient and outpatient
  • Join collegial group of physicians
  • Outstanding support in developing physician practices
  • All service lines in healthcare system experiencing growth
  • Design practice around personal goals and subspecialty
  • EPIC fully integrated EMR
