WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our fast-growing Med Spa and regenerative medicine practice in Florida. With multiple locations throughout the state, we are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional clinical oversight and leadership. There is the option for remote and / or part-time hours.
Responsibilities - Provide direct clinical oversight of assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Oversee regenerative medicine such as hormone replacement therapy and IM injections
- Provide leadership and support to staff and advanced practice providers
- Flexibility for majority remote and part-time hours, may require onsite meetings at assigned office 3-4 times a year
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements - Residency or fellowship training and corresponding board certification
- Active Florida medical license and DEA registration.
- Experience in regenerative and longevity medicine, including weight loss and hormone therapy for menopause patients, is required
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
