Requirements:
  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiology with CICU training, or double boarded in Pediatric ICU-Cardiology - REQUIRED no exceptions
  • South Carolina Medical License or eligibility to obtain - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice and medical license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Does provider already live in the area or they willing to relocate? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) REQUIRED no exemptions
  • CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) REQUIRED no exemptions
  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatric Critical Care OR Pediatric Cardiology with extra year of CICU training, Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?; Does provider already live in the area or they willing to relocate?
