Surgery - Vascular Physician

Job description

The physician will provide clinical and administrative leadership in support of the Vascular Surgery program. This includes, but is not limited to the development and implementation of a wide-range of vascular surgery services targeting needs of the Morgantown patient population; ensuring adherence to appropriate medical standards, quality initiatives, and performance metrics. Additionally, this role will provide guidance, support, and education to staff within the vascular surgery service line.

This is a wonderful place to practice medicine and raise a family. It is home to West Virginia University, an idyllic college town. It is within a short drive to Pittsburgh and 3-4 hours to Baltimore/Washington, DC.

This college town is known for its great sports, theatre, shopping, nightlife and eclectic restaurants. In addition to its array of year round outdoor activities including hiking, camping, snow/water skiing, white water rafting, hunting, fishing just to name a few. It also boasts an excellent public and private school system.
