- This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 1-in-4 call model at a rural CAH that prioritizes work-life balance, financial stability, and professional fulfillment Äî all within a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Why Join the Model and Team?- 1-in-4 Call Schedule Äì Work one week of combined call and OB clinic every four weeks (7 days total), covering deliveries, ER consultations, and C-sections. The remaining three weeks will be in a flexible GYN clinic focusing on women Äôs health services and surgery.
