Location: FL
Schedule: Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Tuesday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care services including wellness visits, acute care, and women?s health exams for patients ages 8 and older.
Key Responsibilities
Provide wellness visits and acute care
Perform women?s health exams
Provide occupational health services including worker?s compensation first reports of injury and physicals
Document patient care using ECW (eClinicalWorks)
Required Qualifications
MD
Board Certified or Board Eligible (residency completion required)
Active Florida medical license at time of presentation
Florida Dispensing License required prior to start
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Additional Details
Patient volume: 12 - 17 patients per day
Credentialing/onboarding timeframe: approximately 1 week
Florida Background Screening Requirement
