    • Board Certified
    • PA License
    • DEA
    • 3 years experience
  • Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
  • Schedule: Dates: January 4, 2027 - Ongoing
    • Specific Dates: January 4-8, 18-22, February 1-5, 15-19, March 8-12, 22-26, 29-April 2, April 12-16, 19-23, May 10-14, June 1-4, 21-25, 2027
    • M-F; 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Assignment:
    • Census: 40-70 patients per day
    • General Urology Procedures
    • Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff.
    • EMR: Epic
