What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs and recommend replacement solutions.
- Run company-generated in-home sales appointments.
- Educate customers on equipment, comfort options, financing, and warranties.
- Present multiple solutions based on the homeowner's needs, priorities, and budget.
- Prepare and present accurate proposals.
- Handle objections and communicate value effectively.
- Follow up consistently on open estimates and unsold opportunities.
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales, conversion, and revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in residential HVAC replacement sales.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue and conversion goals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to sell on value rather than price.
- Strong closing, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Experience presenting financing options and multiple system solutions.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable to performance.
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
- Conduit Tech experience preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, tablets, and digital sales tools.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
