REQUIRED PROCEDURES Diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, treatment of hematology/oncology patients, and oversight of infusion center services (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology
- Licenses: Active CA License
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS (if moderate sedation required), PALS (for pediatric patients)
- Other Qualifications: Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology required
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services.
- Perform hospital consults and coordinate with ER/hospitalist.
- Oversee infusion center treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transfusions.
- Manage diagnosis, staging, and treatment plans for hematology/oncology patients.
- Supervise midlevel provider and support staff.
