The Role:

• 8 Ors Daily, Community Hospital
• 2 MDs + 8 CRNAs daily
• Cases: general, endoscopy, orthopedic, urology, ENT. No OB, no hearts, vascular and EP to services, few ENTs peds cases, lots of regional for breast + ortho
• Medical Direction
• Averaging 30-40 Cases/day
• Pager call - split evenly between 4 MDs weekends + weekdays - PCDO
• Schedule - 5 days/week, 50-hour work week
• holiday calls are split evenly 4 ways
• schedule- if call then pcdo, if not on call go home when down to 4 rooms in the afternoon
