Injection Molding Process Technician
Location: Hudson, NH

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Injection Molding Process Technician to join our growing plastic manufacturing team. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow in the injection molding industry.
Previous injection molding experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who are eager to develop their technical skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Set up, start up, and monitor injection molding machines.
- Assist with mold changes, machine setups, and process adjustments.
- Learn to establish and optimize molding parameters to ensure consistent part quality.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and common molding defects.
- Monitor production efficiency, cycle times, and scrap rates.
- Work with production and quality teams to maintain product specifications.
- Help reduce downtime, improve processes, and minimize material waste.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and follow work instructions.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Injection molding experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn injection molding processes and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing quality parts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Equipment
Our operation utilizes Niigata and LS Mtron injection molding machines. Training will be provided to help the right candidate develop the skills needed to succeed.
