JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC/BE
  • Licenses: Active MN license or willing to obtain
  • Certification: BLS
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to adolescents and adults.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care, health maintenance, and follow-up visits.
  • Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and immunizations.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (Epic) and adhere to clinic protocols and standards.
