Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Highlights:

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine position (no OB or inpatient responsibilities)

• 50% pediatrics focus (newborn-18) with strong community demand

• 4-day clinic week + 1 administrative day; Monday-Friday schedule

• 14-18 patients/day with 20-minute appointment slots

• 1 dedicated NP per physician for consistent support

Compensation Package:

• $300K base salary

• $100K signing bonus

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine

• Ability to obtain Iowa medical licensure with interest in team-based, rural outpatient care
