Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Position Details:

• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Start Date: January 2027
• Schedule: Monday Thursday, full-time
• Shift Hours: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Commitment: 9 12 months
• No call or weekends
• Setting: Multispecialty clinic
• EMR: Cerner CareB
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants
• Patients: Approximately per day
• Patient Population: Adults required; pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of primary care
• Management of an established patient panel
• Chronic care management
• Common conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other primary care needs

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine Internal Medicine candidates will not be considered
• Active California medical license
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
• DEA Schedule II required for credentialing
• Full-time availability is required
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 weeks of coverage per month
• Candidates must be able to commit to approximately 9 months to 1 year
• PALES preferred

Credentialing:

• Standard credentialing timeframe: days
• Copies of ACLS, BLS, and DEA certificates will be required during the credentialing process
