Commercial and Agricultural Lender/Credit Analyst

The Commercial & Agriculture Lender / Credit Analyst is a lending position responsible for assisting with the development, analysis, underwriting, servicing, and management of commercial and agricultural loan relationships. This position combines lender responsibilities with credit analysis and portfolio management duties and is designed to provide a strong foundation for advancement into a full-service lending role.
The position works closely with other lenders, customers, credit administration, and branch staff to evaluate credit requests, prepare loan presentations, monitor existing relationships, and provide quality customer service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to develop expertise in agricultural and commercial lending.

Success in this position will be demonstrated by the employee's ability to combine strong credit analysis with excellent customer service and relationship development. The employee should progressively transition from primarily assisting experienced lenders to independently managing appropriate commercial and agricultural relationships while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.
This position is intended to serve as a career-development role leading toward a Commercial & Agriculture Lender/Relationship Manager position, with lending authority and responsibilities increasing as demonstrated knowledge, experience, and performance warrant. Starting pay range $50k-$75k.
