Industrial Welders - Structural, Pipe & Vessel $16-$34/hr
We're hiring Industrial Welders for multiple clients across Northwest and East Houston, TX! We have opportunities for experienced structural steel, pipe, and pressure vessel welders. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused welding professionals who are ready to interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Industrial Welders - Structural, Pipe & Vessel
Locations: Northwest Houston (77041) & East Houston, TX
Pay:$16.00-$34.00/hour (depending on position, experience, and weld test results)
Hours: Day and Night Shift Opportunities Available
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
CURRENT WELDING OPPORTUNITIES
Structural Welder - Northwest Houston $18-$25/hr
Perform Flux Core (FCAW) welding on structural steel components and heavy fabricated assemblies. Minimum 6 months of hands-on structural Flux Core welding experience required. Candidates should be comfortable working with structural steel, fabrication drawings, and industrial welding equipment.
Structural Welder - East Houston $24-$34/hr
Seeking experienced structural steel welders for heavy industrial fabrication opportunities. Candidates should have hands-on structural welding experience, strong attention to weld quality, and the ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding specifications. Specific welding processes and testing requirements will vary by opening.
Pipe Welder - Northwest Houston $16-$23/hr
Perform pipe welding using SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux Core), and gouging processes. Previous pipe welding experience required. Candidates must be able to complete a 6G weld test on 2-inch and 6-inch pipe in the 45-degree fixed position.
Vessel Welder - Northwest Houston $16-$22/hr
Perform welding and fabrication of pressure vessels, shells, nozzles, couplings, and related components. Seeking candidates with 2-4 years of vessel welding/fabrication experience, including SMAW, MIG, FCAW, gouging, and full-penetration welding. Must be able to complete required 6G pipe weld testing.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous hands-on experience in structural steel welding, pipe welding, or pressure vessel fabrication.
- Experience with applicable welding processes such as MIG, Flux Core, or Stick welding.
- Ability to read and follow welding procedures, fabrication drawings, or blueprints.
- Strong attention to weld quality, safety, and production standards.
- Ability to successfully complete applicable welding performance tests.
- Comfortable working in a heavy industrial fabrication environment.
You do NOT need experience in all three welding specialties to apply! Candidates will be matched with opportunities based on their specific welding experience, qualifications, preferred location, and weld test results.
